A Bit About Me
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 10 years of experience providing mental health services. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Internal Family Systems Therapy, and Emotionally Focused Therapy.
There are many forms of hardship in life. Despite our best efforts, good intentions and caring hearts, we may find ourselves feeling stuck, confused, isolated, angry, or hurt. Sometimes our instinctual response to hardship gets in the way of the life and relationships we desire. Navigating difficult life experiences, improving relationships, and managing mental health symptoms often involve behaviors and skills that may not come naturally and require us to step out of our comfort zone.

As a therapist, I provide a comfortable space for clients to explore their situation, identify goals, develop strengths, and learn new skills. Together we move through a process of healing, growth, and reclaiming. Many clients say “I’m not myself,” when I first meet them. One of my favorite moments as a therapist, is to hear a client say “I feel like me again,” or “I’m living again.”
