Kerry Goldsberry, LISW, LCSW

Hello and welcome! I’m so glad you’re here. Are you experiencing a life transition that has shifted the way you normally operate? Maybe you’ve recently become a parent and are learning to balance the responsibilities of work and home. Perhaps the career you’ve had for years is no longer fulfilling, and you’re not sure what to do next. Or maybe you’ve noticed feelings of anxiety and depression and your old coping strategies are no longer serving you. Together we can create the change you want to see.

I hold a Master of Social Work degree from St. Ambrose University, and am licensed by the State of Iowa Board of Social Work. In addition to this, I hold a Master of Business Administration from the University of Iowa and I have extensive experience navigating corporate environments. 

I use a holistic approach, centered around your unique strengths and needs. I will likely incorporate methods such as mindfulness, acceptance and commitment therapy, motivational interviewing, and cognitive behavioral therapy. We will work together to set meaningful goals to help you live a life in line with your personal values. I work with people at all stages of life. It would be an honor to support you on your mental health journey.
