A Bit About Me
Hi there! I’m so happy you’re here. Sometimes reaching out for help is the most difficult step toward healing – and you’re already on your way!

I was born and raised in the Quad City area and graduated from St. Ambrose University majoring in Psychology and Sociology. From there, I wanted to dig deeper into learning about people and how we navigate this world. I received my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Western Illinois University Quad Cities in 2013. During my studies, I began working with children and adults who had been through various types of trauma, ranging from sexual abuse to grief/loss. I have experience counseling all age ranges and genuinely enjoy walking with people through their journey toward healing, self-exploration and growth.

I approach therapy from a humanistic/person-centered perspective, meeting you where you are and developing a path together toward self-awareness, authenticity, and positive change. I believe the therapeutic relationship is an integral factor in healing and growth and would love to build a relationship with you! You deserve this.
