Welcome Scott Stoll, Graduate Student Intern

Scott is our new Graduate Student Intern and will be accepting new clients in August 2024.

Scott starts his internship with Quad City Psychotherapy in August 2024 and will be with us through December 2024. Scott can see clients for $25 dollars a session.

Scott is currently a graduate student at Bradley University where he is earning a Master's Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.

Prior to returning to school to pursue counseling, Scott managed his own business for 24 years, taught English and Spanish for 10 years, and coached Cross Country and Track for 15 years. Scott brings a wealth of experience to his role as a clinician.

Scott had the following to say about his counseling philosophy:

" I believe in establishing a strong alliance with clients to explore and develop personal strengths and establish future goals. As well, I believe in clarifying and reaffirming those beliefs and activities that help give us purpose and meaning in life. The power to change and live a life with deeper meaning is within each of us. Finally, I also believe in exploring generational trauma as a key to understanding better our present and future selves."

Scott is able to see clients who speak both English and Spanish.

We are so excited to welcome Scott to the team.
